The Board of Directors maintains exective control over Land of Lincoln Honor Flight, Inc. The board has fudiciary responsibility for all contributions and funds that are collected and distributed. They are responsible for passing all motions that direct the business of LLHF. The board maintains appropriate records for audit and other legal requirements.
